Washington Photographic is a husband and wife team: Christopher and Lora Clements.
Christopher is the photographer and Lora handles the behind the scenes work of keeping a busy photography studio in order. They now are located just outside of Olympia Washington and live with their three kids and a yellow lab.
Christopher completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and since then has lived in many US cities including both Minneapolis Minnesota, and New York, New York learning both the art and the craft of photography. Although spending nearly the last ten years tucked away in the middle of Vermont, he was very involved online in the international photography community and was excited about bringing a world class level of photography to Vermont and the greater US east coast. Now recently relocated to the pacific north west, he looks forward to making new friends and establishing himself locally as a romantic and a visionary and an excellent choice for your wedding and portrait needs.
Lora is a pediatric Occupational Therapist as well as the organizer and planner for loveworks photographic. With her full time day job, her efforts for WP and her three childen, Lora is busy, organized and very tired.
“I LOVE photography and people! Being a portrait photographer gives me so much pleasure, I often feel like I’m getting away with something by having this as my profession. Family is very important to me. Being a husband and a father of three kids is both a challenge and a pleasure. I’m constantly seeing and interpretting the world and I think my constant quest for knowledge and understanding of the human condition makes me both a good person and a very successful portrait artist. Most people aren’t photographed regularly and have predetermined that it has to be an awkward experience. I’ve spent years working on guaranteeing just the opposite. I can all but assure you a “pain free” experience.
